Note:
1.Перший абзац пункту 4 Договору 4 підряду №4 від 14.12.2017 в частині строку виконання робіт викласти в новій редакції: "Строк виконання робіт -не пізніше 31.05.2018 при наявності належного фінансування. Уразі затримки фінансування термін виконання робіт продовжується на відповідний термін"
2.До цієї додаткової угоди додається календарний план виконання робіт, що є невід'ємною її частиною.
3.Ця додаткова угода вважається укладеною і набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами.

2.Пункт 15.1 Договору підряду №4 від 14.12.2017 викласти в наступній редакції: "Даний договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання сторонами та діє до 31.12.2018"
