Керуючись Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п. 11.3 Договору Сторони домовились: 1. Викласти п. 5.2 Договору в новій редакції: "5.2. Строк (термін) поставки електричної енергії протягом січня - грудня 2020 року та січня 2021 року, згідно з умовами поставки електричної енергії, визначеними умовами Основного договору.". 2. Викласти п. 10.1 Договору в наступній редакції: "10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання Сторонами і діє по 31.01.2021, але в будь якому разі - до проведення повних взаєморозрахунків між сторонами. Сторони, користуючись правом, наданим їм ч. З ст. 631 ЦК України, домовились, що умови цього Договору розповсюджують свою дію на відносини, які виникли між Сторонами з 01.01.2020."
