1. Укласти цю додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії Договору 90В від 17.02.2020р. (далі - «Договір») на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року (п.5 ст. 36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII).
2. Ціна цієї додаткової угоди складає 37662,20грн. (тридцять сім тисяч шістсот шістдесят дві грн. 20 коп.), що не перевершує 20% від ціни Договору, у тому числі: ПДВ 6277,03грн.
3. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з 01 січня 2021 року та діє до повного використання коштів за даною додатковою угодою, але не довше 28.02.2021 року.
