Керуючись положеннями пункту 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», підпунктом 5.4.2 пункту 5.4. Договору, у зв’язку з коливанням ціни електричної енергії на ринку Сторони дійшли згоди з 01 березня 2021 року внести наступні зміни до договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу №22/01/21 від 22 січня 2021 року: 1.1. Пункт 5.2. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «5.2. Ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії за цим договором становить 1,7283753 грн. без ПДВ, ПДВ 0,34567506 грн., разом з ПДВ 2,07405036 грн. (дві грн. 07405036 коп.).
