На підставі Листа Постачальника від «14» квітня 2021р. № 122, відповідно до п.11 до Договору № 15 від 26 березня 2021 р. Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 2.1 Розділу 2 «Умови поставки», а саме змінити строк поставки товару до 15 квітня 2021 року на строк поставки товару до 30 квітня 2021 року, і викласти п.2.1 у наступній редакції:
«Поставка товару здійснюється однією партією до 30 квітня 2021 року у відповідності з видатковою накладною.
