В процесі переговорів Сторони керуючись пунктами 1.3 Договору та підпункту 1 пункту 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", у зв"язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, дійшли згоди про внесення змін до п.3.1 Договору та викласти його в новій редакції, а саме: 3.1. Вартість Договору становить154597,46 грн.(сто п"ятдесят чотири тисячі п"ятсот дев"яносто сім грн. 46 коп.), у тому числі: податок на додану вартість: 25766,24 грн.(двадцять п"ять тисяч сімсот шістдесят шість грн. 24 коп.)
