Внесено зміни до п.9.1 розділу IX та викладено в наступній редакції: "Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін і діє в частині постачання природного газу з 01.01.2020 року до 31.01.2021 року включно, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за Договором в частині розрахунків. Сума, на яку подовжено дію договору (що не перевищує 20% суми визначеної Договором) складає 209517,10 грн, планований обсяг постачання природного газу складає 26, 24600 тис.куб.м". Внести зміни до п.3.1 розділу ІІІ Договору та викласти його з 01.01.2021 року в наступній редакції "Ціна газу визначається за 1000 (одну тисячу) кубічних метрів та становить 6652,35 грн (шість тисяч шістсот п'ятдесят дві грн. 35 коп.) без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ - 1330,47 грн., всього з ПДВ 7982,82 грн. (сім тисяч дев'ятсот вісімдесят дві грн. 82 коп.)"
