Note:
1. Згідно Рішення виконавчого комітету Миколаївської міської ради за № 347 від 12.04.2019 р. «Про встановлення тарифів на перекачку води, що провадить МКП «Миколаївводоканал» з 18.04.2019 р. тариф на перекачку води становить – 10,692 грн. з ПДВ за 1 куб.м.
2. На підставі п. 7 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшити обсяг закупівлі на 87 куб.м., після зменшення обсяг закупівлі складає 2413 куб.м.
3. Зменшити суму договору на 8,75 грн. з ПДВ. Після зменшення сума договору складає 25 641,25 грн. з ПДВ.
4. Ця угода набуває чинності з 18.04.2019 р. і діє до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами.
