Керуючись п.11.1 Договору та відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” подовжити строк дії договору до 31 березня 2020р. та до повного виконання взятих зобов’язань на строк достатній, для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищую 20% суми взятої в Договорі, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
