Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного Кодексу України , та пункту 10.3. Договору №12 від 15.01.2019 р. Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну цього Договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 % від суми визначеної в Договорі, а саме – 21665,00 грн. (Двадцять одна тисяча шістсот шістдесят п’ять грн. 00 коп. ), без ПДВ.
П.1.2. Найменування товару згідно Код ДК 021-2015: 15810000-9 Хлібопродукти, свіжовипечені хлібобулочні та кондитерські вироби (хліб житньо-пшеничний з борошна вищого, І ґатунку , батон білий з борошна вищого ґатунку). Кількість товарів : зазначена у додатку №1 до договору (Специфікація товару).
Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними, Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання
