Відповідно до положень частини п’ятої статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р № 922-VII Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору на 69706,00 грн. без ПДВ (шістдесят дев’ять тисяч сімсот шість грн. 00 коп.), що не перевищує 20% від Суми Договору і викласти пункт 2.1 цього Договору в наступній редакції: «2.1. Вартість послуг становить 418238,3 грн. (чотириста вісімнадцять тисяч двісті тридцять вісім грн. 30 коп. без ПДВ)».
