1.Розглянувши зобов’язання за договором Сторони домовилися внести зміни до розділу 4,а саме до до п.5.2 4.1.1.Оплата в сумі 828 374,41 (вісімсот двадцять вісім тисяч триста сімдесят чотири гривні 41 копійок) з ПДВ фінансується з місцевого бюджету. 4.1.2. Оплата в сумі 1 546 371,59 ( один мільйон п’ятсот сорок шість тисяч триста сімдесят одна гривня 59 копійок) проводиться за власні кошти.

Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» , відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі ПММ на початку наступного року, а саме: до 01.03.2021 року включно в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі. 2. Відповідно сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до розділу 4 та 11 Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції: р 4.1. Сума цього Договору з 01.01.2022 року по 01.03.2022 рік включно становить 434 949,20 (чотириста тридцять чотири тисячі дев’ятсот сорок дев’ять гривень 20 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ- 72 491,50грн. 4.1.1 Оплата в сумі 170 000,00(сто сімдесят тисяч гривень 00 копійок) з ПДВ фінансується за кошти місцевого бюджету. 4.1.2. Оплата в сумі 264 949,20 (двісті шістдесят чотири тисячі дев’ятсот сорок дев’ять гривень 20копійок) буде проводитись за власні кошти.
