Керуючись ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», що дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, уповноваженою особою будинку-інтернату було прийнято рішення (протокол №58 від 21.12.2020р.) про пролонгацію дії даного договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2021 році.
