Сторони, відповідно до ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами та доповненнями) від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII, керуючись п. 10.2 розділу Х. «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ», домовились продовжити дію Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, а саме на 321 584,00 грн (Триста двадцять одна тисяча п'ятсот вісімдесят чотири грн 00 коп.)
