Note:
1.Сторони домовились зменшити суму Договору на 284,31 грн, в тому числі ПДВ 20%:47,38 грн.
2. Абзац перший пункту 3.1. Розділу ІІІ "Сума договору" викласти в наступній редакції:
"3.1. Сума цього Договору становить 10 180,93 грн, у тому числі ПДВ 20%: 1 696,82 грн."
3. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та обов'язковими для виконання Сторонами.
4. Дана Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання і є невід'ємною частиною Договору про закупівлю послуг з розподілу електричної енергії №22306593 від 19.04.2021 р.
