У зв’язку із прийняттям Верховною Радою України Закону України «Про внесенням змін до законів України щодо обов’язковості використання рідкого біопалива (біокомпонентів) у галузі транспорту» від 04.06.2024 р. № 3769-IX, у зв’язку з покращенням якості предмета закупівлі за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, та на підставі п.11.4. Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди змінити пункт 1 Додатку 1 до Договору та викласти його у новій редакції.
