Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Відповідно до Рішення Саратської селищної ради Білгород-Дністровського району Одеської області від 16 грудня 2020року №19-VII? п. 10.3. та п 10.4. Договору та об'єктивними обставинами, що виникли у зв'язку з затримкою фінансування витрат Замовника, які не призводять до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі, сторини дійшли згоди внести зміни.
Відповідно до Рішення Саратської селищної ради Білгород-Дністровського району Одеської області від 16 грудня 2020року №19-VIII дійшли згоди викласти розділ 14. Договору «Юридичні адреси і реквізити Сторін» в новій редакції наступного змісту:
