Відповідно до ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 992-VIII від 25.12.2015 р., а саме: дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії Договору до «31» березня 2019 р. Пункт 10.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: "10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати укладання і діє до 31.03.2019 року.''

Відповідно до ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 992-VIII від 25.12.2015 р., Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 53 520,00 грн. (П’ятдесят три тисячі п’ятсот двадцять грн. 00 коп.), що не перевищує 20 % суми визначеної в договорі укладеного в попередньому році та внести зміни до п. 3.1. договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 321 120,00 грн. (Триста двадцять одна тисяча сто двадцять грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ.»
