Ціна (сума) цього Договору розрахована згідно очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі, відповідає остаточній тендерній пропозиції Учасника та становить 5843762,40 грн. з ПДВ. При цьому, фінансування закупівлі здійснюється в межах реально затверджених видатків Замовника на дану потребу. На дату укладання Договору платіжні (бюджетні) зобов’язання виникають щодо оплати частини предмета закупівлі в межах доведеної суми, які складають 3739324,87 грн. з ПДВ. Оплата залишку предмета закупівлі відбувається виключно за наявності коштів згідно з постійним кошторисом при наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення.
