У зв'язку з запровадженням Національним банком України з 05 серпня 2019 року міжнародного номера банківського рахунку за стандартом IBAN, СТОРОНИ домовились: Розділ "МІСЦЕЗНАХОДЖЕННЯ ТА БАНКІВСЬКІ РЕКВІЗИТИ СТОРІН" Договору про закупівлю електричної енергії дані Учасника викласти в наступній редакції: "Місцезнаходження ПрАТ "Харківенергозбут" :61037, м. Харків, вул. Плеханівська,126. Оплата за електроенергію (із ПДВ) здійснюється за поточний рахунок зі спеціальним режимом використання UA373518230000026035300529792 в філії ХОУ АТ "Ощадбанк" м. Харків, код ЄДРПОУ 42206328, одержувач ПрАТ "Харківенергозбут". Суми пені 3% річних, інфляційних сплачуються Замовником на поточний рахунок Учасника UA193516290000000002600413373 в АТ "Мегабанк", код ЄДРПОУ 42206328. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати її підписання, дія цієї угоди розповсюджується на відносини між сторонами, які винисли з 16.09.2019 у відповідності до ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України.
