У зв’язку із зростанням фіксованої ціни на електричну енергію для побутових споживачів з 1 червня 2024 р. по 31 грудня 2024 р. включно, яка становитиме 4,32 грн. з ПДВ, згідно Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 31.05.2024 року №632 про внесення змін до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 05.06.2019 року № 483, сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни в Договір про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг № 1317471/28 від 31.01.2024 року

Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order
Note:
1. Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/ спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, Сторони домовились:
1.1. Продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме до 28 лютого 2025 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в Договорі.
1.2. Викласти п. 8.1. Розділу 8. «Строк дії Договору» в такій редакції:
«8.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до 28 лютого 2025 року включно, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань».
