1. Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до преамбули договору і викласти у наступній редакції:

підприємства з економіки та фінансів Кафтанатія Ю.О., що діє на підставі довіреності № 44 від 27.08.2021р., (далі – «Виконавець»), з одного боку, КОМУНАЛЬНА УСТАНОВА «МІСЬКИЙ ПАЛАЦ КУЛЬТУРИ», в особі директора Об’єдкової Т.Б., що іменується в подальшому «Споживач», діючого на підставі Статуту, з другого боку, та КОМУНАЛЬНИЙ ЗАКЛАД ДЕПАРТАМЕНТУ КУЛЬТУРНО-ГРОМАДСЬКОГО РОЗВИТКУ МАРІУПОЛЬСЬКОЇ МІСЬКОЇ РАДИ «ЦЕНТРАЛІЗОВАНА БУХГАЛТЕРІЯ ЗАКЛАДІВ КУЛЬТУРИ», в особі начальника Діброви О.Г., що діє на підставі Положення, зі сторони «Споживача», що
іменується у подальшому «Платник», з іншої сторони (разом – «сторони»), уклали договір про таке.
