1. Розділ XI. Строк дії Договору та інші умови доповнити наступними
пунктами:
11.11 Сторони домовились, що обмін інформацією та документами в межах цього Договору, в тому числі укладених додаткових угод до цього Договору, здійснюється виключно та в порядку передбаченим підпунктом 11.11.1. цього Договору:
11.1. в паперовому вигляді, згідно ДСТУ 4163-2003 «Вимоги до оформлення документів» та ДСТУ 2732-2004 «Діловодство та архівна справа».
II.12. Сторони домовились визнавати документи та здійснювати обмін
інформацією в порядку передбаченому підпунктом 11.11. цього Договору.

«Загальна сума Договору складає 92608,82 грн. (дев’яносто дві тисячі шістсот вісім гривень 82 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ - 15434,80 (п'ятнадцять тисяч чотириста тридцять чотири гривні 80 коп.).».
