Відповідно до Рішення вісімнадцятої сесії сьомого скликання Чернігівської обласної ради № 43-18/VІІ від 26.06.2019 року «Про затвердження передавального акта комунального лікувально-профілактичного закладу «Чернігівська обласна психоневрологічна лікарня» та проведення організаційно-правових заходів, пов’язаних з перетворенням у комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Чернігівська обласна психоневрологічна лікарня» Чернігівської обласної ради» та керуючись статтями 104-108 Цивільного кодексу України, статей 78, 137 Господарського кодексу України, статті 17 Закону України «Про державну реєстрацію юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань» Сторони домовилися внести відповідні зміни до договору. Сума договору після внесення змін : без змін, 555000,00 грн. Кількість надання послуг після внесення змін : без змін, 30000 кг.
