3. Керуючись абзацом 1 пункту 2.2. Договору, внаслідок виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, продовжити термін (строк) виконання робіт та абзац 1 пункту 2.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Строк (термін) виконання робіт: з дати підписання Договору по 20.12.2024 року (згідно Календарного графіка – Додаток 2 до Договору)».
4. Керуючись пунктом 22.2. Договору, внаслідок виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, продовжити строк дії Договору та строк виконання зобов’язань за Договором і пункт 22.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «22.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє по 31.12.2024 року, а в частині виконання грошових зобов’язань - до повного їх виконання».
