1. Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Договору №67 від 09.03.2022 р. на закупівлю за кодом ДК021:2015:15110000-2 «М’ясо» (Свинина), КЕКВ 2230, Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зменшення обсягів товару, а саме: Свинина – на 27,400 кг до 1172,600 кг.. Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 3261,70 грн. (три тисячі двісті шістдесят одна грн. 70 коп.) з ПДВ.. 2. Викласти пункт 3.2. Договору в наступній редакції: «3.2. Загальна ціна Договору визначена згідно з Додатком 1 до Договору (Специфікація) та становить 139586 грн. 30 коп. (сто тридцять дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот вісімдесят шість грн. 30 коп.) з ПДВ.»
