1. Внести зміни до Договору, виклавши п.1.2. розділу І “Предмет Договору” та п.3.1. розділу ІІІ “Ціна договору” в наступній редакції:
п. 1.2. Найменування товару - (ДК 021-2015: 15510000-6 Молоко та вершки) (Молоко 3,2% жирності).
Кількість молока 3,2% жирності – 75243 літрів, в тому числі пролонгація на 2019 рік становить - 12540 літрів.
п. 3.1. Загальна ціна Договору становить - 1241509,50 грн. (один мільйон двісті сорок одна тисяча п’ятсот дев’ять грн 50 коп), у тому числі ПДВ – 206918,25 грн (двісті шість тисяч дев’ятсот вісімнадцять грн 25 коп), в тому числі пролонгація 20% на 2019 рік становить – 206910,00 грн (двісті шість тисяч дев’ятсот десять грн. 00 коп), у тому числі ПДВ – 34485,00 грн (тридцять чотири тисячі чотириста вісімдесят п’ять грн 00 коп).
