д.у.№4 від 26.01.2021р. до Договору від 26.08.2020 №2608: відповідно до п.8 ч.5 ст. 41 та ч.6 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році: збільшити ціну Договору на 20%-150836,40 гривень. Змінити строк дії Договору - до 26.01.2021( включно). Після внесених змін ціна Договору -905018,40 грн з ПДВ (в т. ч. ПДВ 150836,40 гривень), строк дії до 26.01.2021р.(включно).
