Note:
1.Відповідно до пункту 10.2.1. Договору, частини 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони прийшли до згоди подовжити дію договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року на період з 01.01.2020року до 31.01.2020року.
2.Інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
3.Дана додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, і є невід’ємною частиною Договору №15 від 28.01.2019р.
4.Додаткова угода діє з моменту її підписання Сторонами до 31.01.2020року. В частині постачання газу додаткова угода застосовуються до відносин Сторін, які виникнуть з 01.01.2020року, в частині розрахунків додаткова угода дії до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами за спожитий у 2020 році газ.

Відповідно до пункту 10.5 Договору та згідно частини 1 статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України Сторони домовились доповнити пункт 4.2. підпунктом 4.2.2. наступного змісту:
«Відповідно до частини 1 статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетні зобов'язання та платежі здійснюються за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення. Бюджетні зобов’язання за договором реєструються в межах відповідних обсягів кошторисних призначень та бюджетних асигнувань за загальним фондом у 2020році. Бюджетні зобов'язання можуть змінюватись на підставі змін або доповнень до кошторису.»
З урахуванням виділених асигнувань в межах доведеної суми тимчасового кошторису, відповідно до пункту 10.5 Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди пункт 3.5. Договору доповнити пунктом 3.5.1. наступної редакції:
«Ціна договору на період з 01.01.2020р. по 31.01.2020р. в межах 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі №15 від 28.01.2019р. укладеному у 2019році становить: 104902,18грн.(сто чотири тисячі дев’ятсот дві грн. 18коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ – 17483,70грн.».
