В зв’язку із зміною ціни Договору в бік зменшення викласти п. 2.1 Договору в наступній редакцій:
«2.1. Вартість Товару без ПДВ складає 952 166,30 грн. (дев’ятсот п’ятдесят дві тисячі сто шістдесят шість грн. 30 коп.), крім того ПДВ 190 433,26 грн. (сто дев’яносто тисяч чотириста тридцять три грн. 26 коп.) Загальна вартість Товару з ПДВ складає 1 142 599,56 грн. (один мільйон сто сорок дві тисячі п’ятсот дев’яносто дев’ять грн. 56 коп.)».
В зв’язку із зміною ціни Договору викласти п. 2.7 Договору в наступній редакції:
«2.7. Покупець перераховує кошти з р/р 35410054086331 на суму 191 435,88 грн. (сто дев’яносто одна тисяча чотириста тридцять п’ять грн. 88 коп.) на розрахунковий рахунок Продавця згідно Видаткової накладної та додатку № 2 до Договору.».
4. В зв’язку із зміною ціни Договору викласти додаток №2 Договору в новій редакції, що додається до даної Додаткової угоди № 1.
