– утримання та надання послуг з управління будинком – 10,13 грн за 1 кв.м (з ПДВ);
– холодне водопостачання та водовідведення – 63,79 грн за 1 м³ (з ПДВ);
– постачання та розподіл електричної енергії – 10,76 грн за 1 кВт·год (з ПДВ).
2.2. Додаток №1 до Договору викласти в новій редакції (додається).
3. Зменшення суми договору
3.1. У зв’язку з уточненням обсягів споживання та з метою приведення бюджетних зобов’язань у відповідність до фактичної потреби, Сторони погодили зменшити суму Договору.
3.2. Пункт 2.5 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«Загальна сума Договору становить 162 263,72 грн (Сто шістдесят дві тисяч двісті шістдесят три гривні, 72 копійки), у тому числі ПДВ – 27 043,95 грн.»
