"5.1. Ціна цього договору становить 615678,25 грн. (Шістсот п´ятнадцять тисяч шістсот сімдесят вісім грн двадцять п’ять коп.), в тому числі ПДВ.
Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за цінами, що визначаються відповідно до механізму визначення ціни електричної енергії, згідно з обраною Споживачем комерційною пропозицією, яка є додатком 2 до цього Договору.
Вартість товару по Договору складає:
в 2019році- 513065,21 грн. (П´ятсот тринадцять тисяч шістдесят п’ять грн. двадцять одна коп.), в тому числі ПДВ ;
в 2020році- 102613,04 грн з ПДВ (Сто дві тисячі шістсот тринадцять грн чотири коп. .), в тому числі ПДВ ;
5.1.1. Обсяг, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі складає 102613,04 грн з ПДВ (Сто дві тисячі шістсот тринадцять грн чотири коп. .), в тому числі ПДВ».
