1. Відповідно до п. 1.3. Договору обсяги закупівлі можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків.

1. Укласти цю додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії Договору № 15 від 05.02.2018р. (далі - «Договір») на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року (п.5 ст. 36 Закону України від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII).
2. Ціна цієї додаткової угоди складає 37798,07грн. (тридцять сім тисяч сімсот дев’яносто вісім грн. 07 коп.), що не перевершує 20% від ціни Договору, у тому числі: ПДВ 6299,68грн.
3. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з 01 січня 2019 року та діє до повного використання коштів за даною додатковою угодою, але не довше 31.03.2019 року
