1. Внесені зміни в розділ 1 Договору та викладено п. 1.3. в наступній редакції:
1.3. Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період: лютий-листопад становить 14664 кВт/год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу закупівлі послуг з розподілу (передачі) електричної енергії у оператора системи.
2. Внесено зміни в розділ 4 Договору та викладено п.4.4. в наступній редакції:
4.4. Вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором визначається з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду, вказаного у п. 1.3 цього Договору, та становить 41296, 76 в т.ч. ПДВ 6882,79 грн.
