4.2.1. Оплата вартості послуг з постачання газу здійснюється Споживачем не пізніше десятого (10) числа розрахункового місяця на підставі рахунку, що надається Постачальником Споживачу не пізніше п"ятого (5) числа розрахункового місяця у розмірі, що не перевищує 100 тис.грн.
4.2.3. Остаточний розрахунок по оплаті місячної вартості газу (п.3.6. Договору) здійснюється до 10 числа місяця, наступного за місяцем постачання газу.
4.2.4. Розрахунки по оплаті місячної вартості газу (п. 3.6. Договору), спожитого у грудні місяці, здійснюється Споживачем у наступному порядку:
- оплаита вартості обсягу газу, спожитого з 01 по 24 грудня місяця, здійснюється Споживачем до 25 числа розрахункового місяця на підставі акту приймання-передачі газу, підписаного уповноваженими представниками Сторін;
- оплата вартості обсягу газу, спожитого з 25 по 31 грудня місяця, здійснюється Споживачем протягом січня 2018 року на підставі акту приймання-передачі газу, підписаного уповноваженими представниками.
