Керуючись п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», указом Президента України № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» від 24.02.2022 р., п. 12.3. Договору № 236 про закупівлю будівельних робіт від 01.12.2021 р., Сторони домовились:
1.1. Викласти абзац другий пункту 2.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«Джерело фінансування – кошти державного бюджету. Враховуючи бюджетні асигнування Замовника договірна ціна на 2021 рік становить 0,00 грн., на 2022 рік 1445341,20 (один мільйон чотириста сорок п'ять тисяч триста сорок одна гривня 20 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ, що становить 240890,20 грн.»;
1.2. Викласти п. 5.2. Розділу 5 Договору № 236 про закупівлю будівельних робіт від 01.12.2021 р. у наступній редакції:
«5.2. Строки виконання робіт: до 31 грудня 2023 року.
Місце виконання робіт: вул. Кагамлика, 35, м. Полтава, Полтавська область, 36011, Україна.»
1.3. Викласти п. 14.1. у наступній редакції:
«п.14.1. Цей Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання та діє до 31 грудня 2023 року, але втрачає свою дію не раніше виконання робіт Підрядником та проведення остаточних взаєморозрахунків. »
