Строк постачання Товару Споживач за Договором: цілодобово до 31 грудня 2022 року включно.» «11.1 Цей договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами і діє до 31 грудня 2022 року, а в частині виконання зобов’язань-до повного їх виконання. Строк дії цього договору може бути продовжений за згодою сторін у разі продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні понад період, визначений Указом Президента України «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» № 64/2022 від 24.02.2022р. затвердженого Законом України від 24.02.2022 № 2102-IX «Про затвердження Указу президента України».».
