Note:
1) На підставі п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закрну України "Про публічні закупівлі", враховуючи коливання ціни на ринку природного газу за одиницю продукції, внесено зміни у пункт 4.2. Договору, а саме: Ціна природного газу за 1000 м.куб з врахуванням тарифу на транспортування природного газу, податків та зборів передбачених чинним законодавством України, у лютому 2018 року становить 10 560 грн. 00 коп.
2) Сума договору залишається без змін;
3) Додаток 3 до Договору (Договірні обсяги постачання природного газу на 2018 рік) викласти у новій редакції: "1. Постачальник здійснює протягом 2018 року постачання природного газу Споживачеві для власного споживання в обсязі 58 731 тис.куб.м. Цей додаток є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
4) Інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
