1. Враховуючи фактичні потреби споживача та закінчення бюджетного року Сторони дійшли згоди змінити наступні умови Угоди на постачання сирних продуктів № 10 від 28.01.2021р. (надалі іменується «Договір»), а саме п.4.1.Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
4.1. Кошторисна ціна цієї Угоди становить 17127,45 (Сімнадцять тисяч сто двадцять сім грн. 45 коп.), без ПДВ. Сума зменшення по даній додатковій угоді 3002,55 (Три тисячі дві грн. 55 коп.), без ПДВ.
