Відповідно п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII, керуючись пунктами 11.1 та 11.2 Договору №461у від 27.05.2019 р. та іншими нормативними актами у зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме: Зменшити ціну Договору 461у від 27.05.2019 р. на 37138.87 грн. (тридцять сім тисяч сто тридцять вісім грн. 87 коп.), у зв’язку з цим є необхідність внести зміни у п.3.1 Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 124289,13 грн. (Сто двадцять чотири тисячі двісті вісімдесят дев"ять грн. 13 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 00,00 грн.». Викласти Додаток №1 (Специфікація) до Договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти № 461у від 27.05..2019 року в новій редакції. Додаток в новій редакції додається
