Розділ 4 "Ціна договору", пункт 4.1 Договору №21 від 25.04.2017 року викласти в такій редакції: "4.1 -Ціна цього Договору становить 1 790 076 гривень (один мільйон сімсот дев'яносто тисяч гривень 00 копійок) з урахуванням ПДВ. До розділу 4 "Ціна Договору", Договору №21 від 25.04.2017 року добавити пункт 4.5 та викласти в такій редакції: "4.5. - Відповідно до частини першої статті 48 Бюджетного кодексу України,платіжні зобов'язання Замовника виникають у разі наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення та в межах бюджетних асигнувань. Замовник має право зменшити обсяги закупівлі (фінансування послуг), встановленні цим Договором, в залежності від реального фінансування видатків (в разі зменшення бюджетного фінансування).
