Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити вартість Договору на 85 000,00 грн. (вісімдесят п’ять тисяч гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків початкової суми Договору та внести зміни до п. 3.1. Договору та Специфікації Додатку №1 до Договору, виклавши їх в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна Договору становить 510 000,00 грн. (п’ятсот десять тисяч гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.».
