Note:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни по нижчезазначеним позиціям Додатку №1 (Специфікація №1 від 23.02.2018р.) та ввести в дію замість її Уточнену Специфікацію №1 від 17.01.2019р.
2. Враховуючи зміни Уточненої Специфікації №1 від 17.01.2019р. Сторони корегують суму Додатку №1 (Специфікація №1 від 23.02.2018р.) та читають у новій редакції:
«Сума Додатку №1 від 23.02.2018р. складає 25136,00 доларів США (двадцять п’ять тисяч сто тридцять шість доларів США 00 центів).»
3. Оформленням Уточненої Специфікації №1 від 17.01.2019р. Сторони корегують суму Контракту та читають пункт 1.2.1. Контракту №FT201711AN від 23.02.2018р. в новій редакції:
«1.2.1. Сума Контракту згідно Додатка №1 (Уточнена Специфікація №1 від 17.01.2019р.) складає 25136,00 доларів США (двадцять п’ять тисяч сто тридцять шість доларів США 00 центів).»
4. Умови не передбачені даною Додатковою угодою №2 від 17.01.2019р. визначаються Контрактом №FT201711AN від 23.02.2018р.
5. Додаткова угода №2 від 17.01.2019р. складена англійською та російською мовою у двох примірниках по одному примірнику кожній із Сторін. Усі примірники мають однакову юридичну силу. У випадку виникнення конфлікту або виявлення розбіжностей в англійському та російському текстах, перевага надається англійському тексту.
6. Додаткова угода №2 від 17.01.2019р. набирає чинності з дати підписання обох Сторін та є невід’ємною частиною Контракту №FT201711AN від 23.02.2018р.
