Сторони дійшли до згоди викласти пункт 3.1 розділу ІІІ. «Ціна Договору» Договору у новій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна Договору на 2022 рік становить 110 000,00 гривень (Сто десять тисяч грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ.
Вартість Товару достатня для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в 2022 році, та складає 22 000,00 гривень (двадцять дві тисячі грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ.
Ціна цього Договору становить (з урахуванням збільшення до 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в 2022 році) 132 000,00 гривень (сто тридцять дві тисячі грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ.».
