1. Згідно ч. 5 ст. 36 розділу VII Договір про закупівлю Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пп. 8 п. 10.3 розділу Х Договору № 111 від 19.04.2018 р. продовжити дію договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі та внести зміни до пункту 10.1 розділу Х Строк дії Договору та інші умови Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«10.1. Цей договір набуває чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами та діє до 31.03.2019 р, а в частині проведення розрахунків до повного їх виконання»
