Продовжити строк дії договору на виконання робіт, у зв’язку з виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, а саме: з огляду на те, що більшість працівників Підрядника, які безпосередньо залучені у процес підрядних робіт, знаходились та продовжують знаходитись на самоізоляції у зв’язку із виявленням гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2. У зв’язку з чим у Підрядника неодноразово оголошувався простій. Зазначене унеможливлює виконання робіт у строк до 31.12.2021.
