На підставі пунктів 3.2 та 10.5 Договору на постачання природного газу для потреб
непобутових споживачів (для забезпечення потреб установ та організацій, що фінансуються з
державного та місцевих бюджетів) № 11410LN127AB017 від 22 лютого 2017 року, у зв’язку з
необхідністю перерозподілу видатків та, відповідно, збільшення видатків на розподіл природнього
газу, що призведе до зменшення суми Договору на суму 76131,34 грн. (сімдесят шість тисяч сто
тридцять одна гривня 34 копійки) та, відповідно зменшення обсягу споживання природнього газу
на 7037м3, Сторони домовились зменшити суму Договору № 11410LN127AB017 від 22 лютого
2017 року на суму 76131,34 грн. (сімдесят шість тисяч сто тридцять одна гривня 34 копійки) та
внести наступні зміни до Договору на постачання природного газу для потреб не побутових
споживачів (для забезпечення потреб установ та організацій, що фінансуються з державного та
місцевих бюджетів) № 11410LN127AB017 від 22 лютого 2017 року :
