1. Внести зміни до договору № 95 від 17 січня 2019р., а саме
- підпункт 1.1. даного договору викласти в новій редакції: «Виконавець зобов'язується поставити Споживачу теплову енергію для централізованого опалення згідно СНіП 92.04.07-86 та СНіП 2.04.01-85, а також згідно з «Правилами надання послуг з централізованого опалення, постачання холодної та гарячої води та водовідведення» затверджених постановою КМУ від 21.04.2005 року № 630 за адресами: м.Павлоград, вул..Центральна,36/2, вул..Центральна,38/2, а Споживач - прийняти і оплатити такі товари (роботи або послуги).
- підпункт 5.2. даного договору викласти в новій редакції: «Місце поставки (передачі) теплової енергії: теплові мережі за місцем знаходження Споживача, за адресами: м.Павлоград, вул.Центральна,36/2, вул.Центральна,38/2. ».
