З метою покращення послуг ТОВ «ТРАНСЛІНК КОНСАКЛТИНГ», а саме щодо внесення змін у п. 4.1,
п. 5.3, п.5.4, п.5.5 Договору та у Додаток 1 до Договору, з пропозицією викласти ці пункти та Додаток 1 до вищезазначеного договору у наступній редакції:
«п.4.1. З метою своєчасної реєстрації фінансових зобов’язань за цим договором у Державній казначейській службі України Виконавець надає Замовнику належним чином оформлені Акти приймання-передачі виконаних послуг. Розрахунок за фактично виконані Послуги здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами Актів приймання-передачі виконаних Послуг».
«п.5.3. Після завершення надання Послуг згідно з Календарним планом Виконавець передає Замовнику Акти приймання-передавання виконаних Послуг, підписані Виконавцем у двох примірниках».
«п.5.4. Замовник протягом 2 робочих днів з дня отримання Актів приймання-передачі виконаних Послуг від Виконавця повинен його підписати».
«п.5.5. У разі вмотивованої відмови Замовника від прийняття Послуг Сторонами складаються двосторонні Акти з переліком необхідних доопрацювань і строків їх виконання».
