Сторони уклали цю Додаткову Угоду про наступне:
1. У зв’язку з тим, що термін дії Договору закінчився, а зобов’язання щодо передачі товару виконано частково, Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору до 30.06.2019р., при цьому ціна договору, визначена в п. 3.3 Договору не збільшується.
2. Ця Додаткова Угода вступає в дію згідно з ч. 3 ст. 631 ЦК України з 01.01.2019 і діє до 30.06.2019 та є невід'ємною частиною цього Договору.
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
4. Додаткову Угоду складено у двох оригінальних примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін.
